  • Orders cannot be cancelled once production has started
  • Custom items may not be eligible for change-of-mind returns

9. SHIPPING & DELIVERY (AUSTRALIA ONLY)

We currently ship within Australia only.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on production time, courier delays, and external factors.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control.

Risk passes to you once the order is delivered.

10. RETURNS, REFUNDS & CONSUMER GUARANTEES

Nothing in these Terms excludes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

You are entitled to a remedy (refund, repair, or replacement) where goods are:

  • Not as described
  • Not of acceptable quality

We do not provide refunds for change of mind on:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Personalised items
