Do you have a retail store located in my state?
Ramzi & Co.® mainly operates online, allowing us to reduce overhead costs and pass significant savings directly to our customers. You can feel confident knowing you are receiving a high-quality piece at a far better price than what is typically found in traditional physical jewellery stores.

Can I view your rings in person?

Are your prices flexible?
Ramzi & Co.® offers exceptional value on Engagement Rings and Wedding Bands at highly competitive prices, generally lower than many traditional physical jewellery stores and even other online retailers. Because of this already competitive pricing, we are unable to offer additional discounts or negotiate prices.

Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, Ramzi & Co. does not accept international orders at this time.

What types of payment do you accept?

Can I pay with two different credit cards?

Dou you offer lay-by?
We do not offer Lay-by plans.
Do your prices include GST?
Yes, all prices displayed on our website include GST.
Does Ramzi & Co.® offer insurance?
Currently, we do not offer insurance. However, we highly recommend obtaining insurance coverage to protect your jewellery from the unexpected.
Shipping and Delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Ramzi & Co.® offers free express shipping with insurance on all orders within Australia.
Do you ship internationally?
Unfortunately, Ramzi & Co.® does not ship internationally at this time.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
For your protection, Ramzi & Co.® only ships to valid physical home or business addresses. Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, Ramzi & Co.® will email you a tracking number. Simply use the link provided in the email to track your parcel.
Alternatively you can track your delivery on Australia Post website.
How do I track my parcel?
All our engagement rings and wedding bands are custom made just for you and require 6-8 weeks for completion. Therefore, it is possible to change your delivery address if we’re informed of the change of address within 4 weeks of your order date, however the address change cannot be guaranteed for orders that will be processed and shipped earlier than the expected delivery time.
Please note that we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses.

How long will my delivery take?
Once your order has been shipped, Ramzi & Co.® will send tracking details via email. Express delivery within Australia typically takes 1–3 business days.
All engagement rings and wedding bands are made to order, with a standard production timeframe of 6–8 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on the item purchased.
While we aim to deliver every order on time, delays caused by weather, carriers, incorrect delivery details, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control. We may use alternative shipping methods where required to help meet delivery expectations.
For security and insurance reasons, parcels cannot be redirected once shipped. Any damaged or lost parcels must be reported within 5 business days of receiving tracking information.
Do I need to sign for delivery?
All parcels shipped by Ramzi & Co.® are insured and require signature on delivery. Someone will need to be present at the address to accept the delivery, otherwise the shipping provider’s standard missed delivery procedures will apply.
Ring Size and Engraving
How do I find my ring size?
There are several methods available to determine your ring size. Please click here for a full list of options available to you.
I ordered the wrong ring size, can I get a resize?
Ramzi & Co.® offers ring resizing for $220 per ring, which includes return shipping anywhere within Australia.
Please note that resizing is available exclusively for our clients. Melbourne customers are welcome to drop off their rings at our reception between 9:30am and 4:30pm on weekdays. Our Customer Care team will notify you once your ring is ready for collection.
Additional charges may apply if the resizing request falls outside the jeweller’s recommended sizing range. Please also note that eternity bands cannot be resized, as they must be completely remade. In some cases, certain designs or sizing requirements may limit resizing options, so it is important to ensure you select the correct ring size at the time of purchase.

Can you engrave my ring?
Yes, Ramzi & Co.® offers complimentary engraving to personalise your ring.
You can add your engraving details prior to checkout to include this special touch with your order.
Diamonds
Are Ramzi & Co.® diamonds conflict-free?
Ramzi & Co.® works with a trusted network of established industry dealers to ensure all natural and lab-grown diamonds are responsibly sourced.
We maintain strict standards of quality across every aspect of our business, including the appearance and character of our diamonds, as well as the integrity of the partners we work with.
This commitment extends to our company ethics. Ramzi & Co.® diamonds are sourced from responsible mining locations and suppliers who align with our high ethical standards.
Is my diamond laser inscribed?
The vast majority of diamonds graded by GIA, IGI and HRD are laser inscribed on the girdle with a unique identification number.
Does my diamond come with a certification?
Every diamond purchased from Ramzi & Co.® comes with an independent laboratory certificate from recognised institutions such as GIA, IGI, or HRD, providing full authentication and quality assurance.
What are GIA, IGI and HRD diamond certificates?
GIA – Gemological Institute of America
IGI – International Gemological Institute
HRD – Hoge Raad voor Diamant or Diamond High Council
GIA, IGI and HRD Labs have an excellent reputation and are considered by many to be world’s foremost authorities in gemmology.
A Diamond Certificate issued by GIA,IGI or HRD is essentially a statement attesting to the authenticity of a diamond, providing a reliable and accurate statement of its identity and grade based on an internationally recognised system. The certificate contains a complete description of a diamond’s quality with regards to its shape, weight, clarity grade, colour grade, fluorescence, measurements, proportions and finish grade. These quality characteristics determine the value of the Diamond.
Can I view a Diamond before purchasing?

How do I know the diamond I receive is the one I purchased?
For your peace of mind, most of our diamonds are laser inscribed with your certificate number, which is viewable under magnification on the girdle of your diamond.
Can I buy a loose diamond without a setting?
Unfortunately, Ramzi & Co.® does not sell loose diamonds.

Coloured Gemstones
Does my gemstone come with a certification?
Every sapphire purchase from Ramzi & Co.® comes with a gem report from a reputable gemological laboratory for authentication.
Our Morganite and Tanzanite gemstones do not include certification by default. However, an independent appraisal or valuation can be provided upon request for an additional fee of $200.

Are your sapphires, morganites and tanzanites treated?
All sapphires, morganites, and tanzanites offered by Ramzi & Co.® are natural gemstones.
They are not treated with chemicals in ways intended to artificially alter their colour or clarity. In many cases, our gemstones may be heat-treated, which is a widely accepted and standard practice within the industry used to enhance colour and improve clarity while preserving the natural integrity of the stone.
Where do you source your gemstones from?
Each Ramzi & Co.® gemstone is carefully handpicked by a select group of gemstone experts from our conflict-free partner mines in Sri Lanka and other regions around the world.
Every gem is natural and individually selected to suit our bespoke polishing and refinement processes within our in-house lapidary, ensuring exceptional quality and craftsmanship in every piece.
Do you offer alternative gemstones other than what’s available on your website?
Ramzi & Co.® offers a wide variety of gemstones, including rubies, emeralds, aquamarines, and amethysts.

Can I view your rings in person?

Can I buy a setting without buying a diamond?
Unfortunately, Ramzi & Co.® does not sell settings on their own unless a centre stone is also being purchased from us.
If you would like assistance selecting a centre stone from our collection, our friendly team will be happy to help.
What if I want a center stone shape that is not offered for a setting that I like?

Are all of your white gold rings rhodium-plated?
Yes, all Ramzi & Co.® 14K and 18K white gold rings are rhodium-plated to provide a bright white, high-shine finish.
Can I make a small change to a ring that I’ve seen on your website?

Do you make custom engagement rings and custom wedding bands?
Ramzi & Co.® specialises in custom engagement rings and custom wedding bands. We can create almost anything you have in mind, tailored to your exact specifications.

What is your turnaround time to make a custom piece?
Custom designed rings typically require 6–8 weeks for completion, although this timeframe may vary depending on the design complexity and the centre stone selected.

Are your custom made rings more expensive than ordering one directly from your website?
The simple answer is no.
The cost of a custom piece depends on the design, gemstone type and quality, and the metal you choose. If you have a budget in mind, we can create a design that works within it.
