This warranty applies to manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship under normal wear and is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

What This Warranty Covers

This warranty applies to:

• Manufacturing or workmanship defects
• Structural faults present at the time of production
• Setting or craftsmanship issues where a manufacturing fault is confirmed

Where a manufacturing defect is identified, RAMZI & CO. JEWELRY® will, at its discretion, repair or replace the piece to restore it to its original standard of quality.

Important Warranty Conditions

Your jewellery is designed to be worn and enjoyed, but it must be cared for responsibly to preserve its integrity.

• Any repairs, resizing, alterations, or maintenance carried out by a third party without prior written approval from RAMZI & CO. JEWELRY® may affect coverage under this voluntary warranty for any related issues or damage
• This voluntary manufacturer warranty is issued only to the original purchaser and is not transferable
• Proof of purchase is required for any warranty request

We reserve the right to assess each claim based on the nature of the concern and supporting evidence provided, which may include photos and videos or inspection of the piece.

Care & Ongoing Maintenance

Fine jewellery is delicate by nature and benefits from regular professional care.

We strongly recommend an annual inspection and clean by RAMZI & CO. JEWELRY® to ensure your stone security and setting remain in optimal condition.

Where regular maintenance is not undertaken, it may become more difficult to determine whether an issue is the result of manufacturing or natural wear over time, which may influence warranty assessment.

What This Warranty Does Not Cover

This warranty does not extend to:

• Normal wear and tear, including scratching, surface abrasion, or metal thinning
• Accidental damage, impact, misuse, or neglect
• Damage caused by exposure to chemicals, cosmetics, cleaning agents, or chlorine
• Loss or theft of jewellery or gemstones
• Gemstone loss due to wear over time or external force
• Damage arising from lack of care or delayed maintenance

Important Notice

This warranty is designed to support and protect the craftsmanship of your piece. It does not cover loss, theft, or damage resulting from external factors, accident, or general wear over time. For this reason, we recommend obtaining appropriate third-party insurance to protect your jewellery.
